We create freshly baked gourmet cakes featuring fresh and local produce from small scale Victorian farmers.  All handmade and baked  fresh for sale, you can select from a range of naturally flavoured and truly wholesome cakes such as the seasonal Kingfisher Valencia orange cake with fresh lemon, chocolate deluxe with Peninsula Organics shredded beetroot, boiled fruit tea cake with chunky peach or the seasonal and much desired winter favourite, whole mandarin cake - All baked with free range 'Green' eggs.  Please read below for the descriptions of each of the six flavours we specialise in:

♥ fruit tea cake with peach boiled fruits with peach, cinnamon & almonds, no oil or butter, dairy free with very low added sugar  
♥ nutty carrot  organic carrots, chopped almonds & walnuts,  mixed spices & cream cheese lemon frosting
♥ banana fresh bananas, coconut cream, shredded coconut & cream cheese lemon frosting
♥  date & walnut chunky walnuts & diced dates with butterscotch sauce, have as is or serve hot as    sticky  date pudding...
